arrival. Passengers are facing lot of difficulty when they arrive as there is
sever shortage of these foarms and have to wait long hours to get the form,

Typing DXB Application:
1. Long
place of birth: Immigration is not accepting
applications where long birth place is mentioned. Pls refrain from typing
complete place of birth if its too long.

Type in application: KARUGORUMILLICHIVARA
Eg 2. On passport: KOZHIKODE,

Also avoid adding numeric characters on birth

2. Child
applications: Any child application applied through us
whose parent visa (tourist/ residence) is not from Dubai, will be rejected from
immigration. Both parent and child visa has to be from the same emirates.
FAMILY Application Instruction:
Please
follow following instruction for typing of Family Application on
front office. These instructions are for Front Office users
only.
1.
Type and keep mother app or father app as "typing".
Select "Main person" from GROUP MEMBERSHIP drop
down menu.
2.
Type and keep child app as typing. Select "Son of main
Person" or "Daughter of main person" from GROUP
MEMBERSHIP drop down menu. Also add main person reference (like name)
in the "Related Main Request" and
choose from drop down menu.
3.
Ensure to send the family app are send to us in one go altogether.
4. App
having "invalid Entries" Status cant be rectified
and need to be delete and retype as family.
